To request a Google review from your clients, simply follow these steps:

  1. Copy & Paste the Pre-Written Letter:
    Copy the pre-written letter and paste it into an email or communication with your client.
  2. Review the Pre-Written Letter:
    Carefully read the pre-written letter. Keep in mind that it may not fit all client situations.
  3. Customize the Letter:
    Personalize the letter to reflect your unique relationship with the client. Add their name, relevant details, and any specific achievements or services you provided.
  4. Send the Letter:
    Once you have customized the letter to your satisfaction, send it off! Choose the method that aligns with your client’s communication preferences.
  5. Follow-Up:
    If you haven’t received a response within a reasonable time frame, consider sending a gentle follow-up email or making a polite phone call to remind clients about the request. Always respect their decision if they choose not to provide a review.
